Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of PermitSniper (the "Service"), operated by Jlab AI LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

What the Service does

PermitSniper collects building permit records that Florida building departments publish, filters them to the trades and areas you choose, and shows them in your account and in a daily email digest. The records come from public government sources. We don't create or verify them, and they can be incomplete, late or wrong. Check anything important on the county record (each permit links to it) before you rely on it.

Free trial, billing and refunds

• New accounts get a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start it.
• After the trial, the Service costs $29 per month or $290 per year, billed in advance by our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• 30-day money-back guarantee: if you don't find the alerts useful, email support@permitsniper.com within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next renewal.

Your account

Keep your email account secure, since sign-in links are sent there. One subscription is for one business; don't share access outside it.

Acceptable use

• Don't resell, republish or redistribute the Service's data, or scrape or bulk-download it beyond the CSV export your plan includes.
• When you contact property owners, contractors or anyone else listed on a permit, you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including telemarketing, do-not-call, texting and email marketing laws.
• Don't use the Service to harass anyone or for any unlawful purpose.

No guarantees

The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that any permit leads to work, that the data is complete or accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

Ending the Service

You can close your account anytime by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we stop offering the Service, we'll refund any prepaid time you haven't used.
