Privacy Policy
Last updated October 26, 2026
This policy explains what PermitSniper (operated by Jlab AI LLC) collects about you and how it's used.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and the business name, trades, counties, shop address and radius you enter in your profile.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, never your card number.
- Usage: standard server logs (such as pages requested and IP address) kept for security and troubleshooting.
- Cookies and storage: one cookie keeps you signed in. Your light/dark theme choice is saved in your browser. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To run the Service: match permits to your profile, send sign-in links and your daily digest, take payments and answer support requests. We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare (hosting and database), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments) and the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder (turning your shop address into map coordinates for the radius filter). They process data only to provide those services.
Public records
Permit records, including names and addresses of property owners and contractors, are public records published by Florida building departments. We show them as published. To correct a record, contact the building department that issued it.
Your choices
You can change your profile or turn off the daily digest anytime from your Profile page. To get a copy of your data or have your account deleted, email support@permitsniper.com. Billing records may be kept as tax law requires.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll email you before they take effect.
